When preparing for GCSEs, A Levels, degree finals or professional tests and exams, almost everyone feels some anxiety about what might happen.

A little pressure can actually be helpful during exams and tests, causing your body to produce a little extra adrenaline that helps to sharpen your focus and quicken your thoughts.
